    1. Represent the highest design level of the company, participate in project design symposia, and make decisions about the general design scope for each project.
    2. Help project team members solve difficulties in their design tasks.
    3. Carry out the professional technical requirements and standards put forward by Technical Management Department.
    4. Take charge of the design training of design institutes together with chief technology officer and be responsible for instructive guidance to new comers.
    5. Organize seminars and visits to other places for design staff.
    6. Double as project director to bear the relevant responsibilities.

    Qualifications

    Education background: Four-year college or above
    Work experience: At least five years
    Specialty: Major in architecture and relevant disciplines; have rich design experience and several design specialities, strong creative capacity, and fine sense of beauty.
    Management abilities: Abilities for technology innovation, communication and coordination, and training and teaching
    Skills: Be skillful with cartographic software and office software; basically grasp the use of network.
    Age: 27 years old or over.

  • Vice Design Director

    Job description

    1. Act as the senior assistant to design director and assist the job of design director.
    2. Act on behalf of the design director as entrusted when the design director is absent.|
    3. Assist the design director to guide the design tasks of project team members.
    4. Carry out the technical requirements and standards of Technical Management Department.

    Job description

    1. Act as the authoritative experts of all technical problems in the design institutes; be responsible for solving project technical problems; take charge of tackling key technical problems.
    2. Be responsible for the review before plotting.
    3. Answer the technical questions of design partners and owners, and attend Construction Drawing disclosure meeting.
    4. Take charge of the design training of design institutes together with design director and be responsible for instructive guidance to new comers.

  • Deputy Technical Director
